Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is amazing, just steps away from Waikiki beach and surrounded by great dining options. The rooms, although cozy, may not be spacious enough for a toddler to play freely. The service, except for one staff member upon check-out, was exceptional. The dining experience offered varied and delicious options. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything in Waikiki. However, some areas for improvement were the dining options could be better, and the freshen-up shower room could have been more prepared before check-in.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms gave me an industrial feel rather than a cozy seaside vibe, but my room on the 21st floor offered a lovely escape from the noisy street and a fabulous view of the mountains. The service was top-notch, with friendly and highly trained staff. The location was excellent for beach access and nearby amenities, though noise from deliveries sometimes disturbed my peace. The dining options were diverse and satisfying, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were so cozy and spotless, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The location is fantastic with the beach just steps away from the hotel, although being close to a nightclub can get a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was a real treat, with delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great value for money with wonderful amenities.
The hotel has very new rooms, which are worth it by leaps and bounds. The size is decent, albeit facing the backyard, delivery entrance, and technical site of a large hotel across the street. The service was top-notch, from being accommodated for an early check-in due to a morning flight to the staff going out of their way to help retrieve a forgotten wallet. The location is superbly situated near Waikiki beach, dining, and shopping spots, with a friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was a standout, with kind interactions for breakfast, but could have better fresh products. The facilities were well-equipped and convenient.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, although a bit noisy when the balcony door was open. The early check-in option was convenient, but the view from the room required keeping the drapes closed for privacy. The attentive staff made my stay enjoyable, but there was an issue with overcharging on our debit card during check-out.
The hotel had efficient and large rooms but with unpleasant views of the back of the Sheraton and another hotel's lanais, making privacy an issue. The service was friendly and helpful, though there was an issue with double charging our debit card. The location was fantastic, just steps behind the Royal Hawaiian Centre, offering convenience with food selections. The dining options were okay, more geared towards Japanese tourists. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, just steps away from Waikiki beach, dining options, and tour pickup spots. However, the room view was disappointing as it faced the back of another hotel, giving more of an industrial vibe than a tropical getaway feel.
I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with unexpected amenities like automatic shades and a smart toilet. However, the balcony was disappointingly small, and the price was on the higher side for Hawaii.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The location was amazing, just steps away from Royal Hawaiian Centre with plenty of dining options. The room was cozy, but the view facing the industrial site was a downside. The service was top-notch and the dining, though a bit pricey, was delicious.
The hotel had small rooms with views of the rooftop of a parking garage, which was not ideal for a pleasant stay, but it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff, especially on late arrival and for tour booking, was excellent. However, the views of the back of the Sheraton were not what one expects in Waikiki.
The hotel offers clean and well-stocked rooms with a huge outdoor patio area, adjacent to the swimming pool. The service was accommodating and supportive, especially when we arrived late. The location is excellent, quiet, and conveniently close to the ocean and dining options. The dining experience was excellent but slightly expensive. Overall, a great value for money stay with minor drawbacks.
